Looking for a tri-color vegetable pate recipe made with creme fraiche, spinach, tomatoes, and cheese
Each layer was baked separately in a water bath in a glass loaf pan. It was chilled and served sliced. It was published in Food & Wine or some other gourmet magazine 19-26 years ago...a long time I know. I long to find this recipe. It was a beautiful presentation and really delicious.
